These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of science.jcaglobal.org and any related ARAW Science content, community, communications, and events (together, the "Services"), operated by JCA Global Regenerative Advisory LLC, a California limited liability company ("ARAW Science," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Educational Purpose Only
ARAW Science provides general educational information about regenerative medicine, regenerative aesthetics, and integrative wellness science. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no clinician–patient relationship is created by your use of the Services. Please read our full Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, join the community, or register for events.
3. Waitlist, Community, and Accounts
If you join the waitlist or community, you agree to provide accurate information, including your professional category. If you represent yourself as a licensed professional, you confirm that the representation is truthful. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any membership or registration at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
4. Community and Event Conduct
When participating in the ARAW Science community, events, webinars, or comment areas, you agree not to:
- Provide individualized medical advice or treatment recommendations to other participants
- Make false or unsupported claims that any product or therapy diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease
- Share another person's private or health information without their permission
- Promote, sell, or solicit products or services without our prior written approval
- Post content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights
- Record, redistribute, or resell event sessions or materials without our written permission
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
5. Events and Webinars
Event details, speakers, schedules, and formats may change. Any registration fees, refund policies, or continuing-education terms will be stated at the time of registration and form part of these Terms for that event. Unless expressly stated, events do not provide continuing medical education (CME) or other professional credit. We may record events, and by attending you consent to being recorded as an audience participant; you may keep your camera off and name hidden where the platform allows.
5A. AI Assistant
The Services include Lumina, an AI education assistant. Lumina's responses are automatically generated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not medical, legal, or professional advice. You agree not to rely on Lumina for decisions about your health, not to enter personal health or other sensitive information, and not to attempt to manipulate Lumina into producing harmful, misleading, or prohibited content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including text, articles, videos, graphics, logos, educational modules, the ARAW Science name, and "The Regenerative Horizon" publication — is owned by JCA Global Regenerative Advisory LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Cellavé™ and Novatrail are trademarks of their respective owners, and references to them do not grant you any license.
You may view and share links to our content and print or download individual pages for personal, non-commercial educational use, provided you keep all copyright and attribution notices. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes, or use it to train artificial intelligence models, without our prior written permission.
7. Your Submissions
If you send us questions, feedback, comments, or other material ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display those Submissions in connection with the Services (for example, answering a frequently asked question). Please do not submit confidential or health information.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party research, publications, websites, and partners. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link does not mean we endorse it.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Regenerative science evolves quickly, and content may not reflect the most current research or regulatory developments.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARAW SCIENCE, JCA GLOBAL REGENERATIVE ADVISORY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DECISION ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR ANY TREATMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARAW Science, JCA Global Regenerative Advisory LLC, and their affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after that means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any event-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
