Privacy Policy

ARAW Science (the Alliance for Regenerative Aesthetics and Wellness) is an educational initiative operated by JCA Global Regenerative Advisory LLC, a California limited liability company ("ARAW Science," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit science.jcaglobal.org (the "Site"), join our waitlist or community, or register for our events.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, register for an event, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your profession or professional category (for example, healthcare provider, esthetician, researcher, student)
  • Your organization, location, or credentials, if you choose to share them
  • Anything you include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and any analytics tools may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Conversations with Lumina, our AI assistant. If you use Lumina, the AI education assistant on the Site, we collect the messages you type and Lumina's responses. These conversations are processed by our website platform and its AI model providers to generate responses, and we may review them to improve accuracy and safety. Do not enter personal health information, contact details, or other sensitive information into Lumina.

Please do not send us health information. ARAW Science is an educational platform, not a healthcare provider. We do not request, and ask that you not submit, personal medical information, diagnoses, photos of medical conditions, or other health details through the Site or by email.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Manage the ARAW Science waitlist and community, and notify you when it launches
  • Send educational content, event announcements, and updates you've signed up for
  • Register you for and administer webinars, workshops, and events
  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Operate Lumina, our AI assistant, and review conversations to improve its accuracy and safety
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve our content
  • Protect the security of the Site and comply with legal obligations

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and our communications — for example, website hosting and database services (our Site is built and hosted on the Base44 platform), email delivery, event registration, AI model providers that power Lumina, and analytics (Google Analytics). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Affiliated organizations. ARAW Science operates under JCA Global Regenerative Advisory LLC, part of the Pamana Legacy Enterprises family of companies. We may share contact information within this group for administrative purposes. We will not add you to commercial or sales communications from an affiliated company (such as Pacific Biolúme Distribution Co., Inc.) unless you separately opt in.
  • Educational partners. We do not share your personal information with Novatrail, Inc. or other partners without your consent, except aggregated, non-identifying information (for example, "40% of waitlist members are healthcare providers").
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ARAW Science, our users, or others.
  • Business changes, such as a reorganization (including a future transfer of ARAW Science to a nonprofit or foundation entity), merger, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function and to help us understand traffic and usage.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, and Google processes this information on our behalf. We use it in aggregate to improve our educational content; we do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally or for advertising. You can learn how Google uses this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can also set your browser to refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — which, as noted above, we do not do.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, while you remain on our waitlist or mailing list — and as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

You may request to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Opt out of marketing emails

California residents. Depending on applicable law, California residents may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, and the right to request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code § 1798.83). We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Visitors

ARAW Science is based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, publications, and social media (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, or research journals). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
